Holiday
The holiday runs from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed to with the guest.

Apartment “Il Noce” sleeps nine in four bedrooms (3 doubles +1 triple).
Apartment “Il Cipresso” sleeps two in one double bedroom.
It is also possible to rent the whole Villa
(“Il Noce” + “Il Cipresso”).


Arrivals and Departures
Arrival and departure times are as follows:
Arrival between 4 pm and 6 pm.
Departure by 9 am.
Different times must be arranged directly.

Arrival formalities
Upon arrival the Guest must present the rental voucher in addition to the passport or identity card so that "Villa Maretta" may carry out guest registration as foreseen by the law.

Security deposit
Upon collecting the key the Guest must pay the sum of euro 200.00, in cash, as a security deposit.
This deposit will be returned upon the Guest’s departure minus incidental expenses and any damage caused.

Facilities
Included in the price
car park - electricity – hot and cold water – bedroom linen and towels, pool towels, kitchen linen (changed weekly) - satellite TV – washing machine – mosquito nets – spacious garden – terrace with pergola – use of the swimming pool and pertinent equipment (deck chairs, loungers, parasols, outdoor shower) – use of the barbecue, gazebo, garden tables and chairs – exclusive use of the kitchen and all pertinent accessories.
NOT included in the price
Final cleaning.


PETS
Only small pets are allowed.

SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is open from 1/06/2007 to 22/09/2007.
Opening times: 9.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m.
