Payment and Coupons

Within just three days of receipt of confirmation of the booking, the guest must pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the holiday to “Verde Azzurro Cielo di Filippo Vagaggini” by CREDIT CARD (indicating type, number, date of expiry and relative authorisation for payment) or by BANK DRAFT.
Upon receipt of the credit card details or the copy of the bank draft (by e-mail or fax), Villa Maretta will send the guest the Booking voucher, which must be presented upon arrival.
The balance must be paid when the keys are handed over, in cash or by credit card.


Cancellation

The guest may cancel the booking at any time, subject to the following penalties, which are considered as having been read and accepted upon confirmation of the booking:
- from the time of booking until 60 days before the first day of the rental period, a penalty of the deposit paid when placing the booking (35% of the total rental cost) will be due;
- from 59 days until 30 days before the first day of the rental period, a penalty of 50% of the total rental cost will be due;
- from 29 days until 7 days before the first day of the rental period, a penalty of 90% of the total rental cost will be due;
- from 6 days until the date of arrival, in the case of a no show, 100% of the total rental cost will be due.
In the case of cancellation “Villa Maretta di Poli Maretta & C. S.n.c.” is authorised to charge the penalties due at the above percentages to the guest’s credit card.
