Rooms in the villa

Villa Maretta has two apartments, "Il Noce" and "Il Cipresso":



A spacious apartment, "Il Noce", can accommodate up to nine guests and comprises a kitchen, a dining room, two living rooms, three bathrooms ad four bedrooms.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, table and chairs > Dining room with table and chairs > Living room with fireplace, television, stereo system with CD player and radio, two sofas and armchairs > Bathroom with Jacuzzi.
First floor: Twin room (double by request) with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower cubicle> Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower cubicle > Double room (a single bed can be added by request) > Twin room (double by request) > Bathroom with shower cubicle.

A smaller apartment, "Il Cipresso", sleeps two and comprises a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a double bedroom.
Ground floor: Kitchen with hob, oven and fridge > Dining room with table, chairs and benches > Double bedroom > Bathroom with shower cubicle.
